Description
My friend has this story about island gods and how they depend on their inhabitants to believe in them. They're also personified by their landmarks (an island with a lot of volcanoes will have a god/goddess with a nasty temper, for example). I liked the idea, and decided to take a crack at that idea (ie: steal it) by making Sarah into an island goddess.
I based her look on clowns, harlequins, carnivale dancers and gave her a Pseudo Hawaiian flavor. Lots of jingly bells and bangles. She probably makes a lot of noise when she walks.
Sarah's island would be like a mini Rio de Janeiro, well known for it's year-round, non-stop carnivale, amusement park, churros, and its garishly-dressed Goddess, of course. She only demands virgin sacrifices once a year on April 1st... only for said sacrifice to be pelted with pastries and vegetables. Then they can go right back to partying!
Also, every God/Goddess comes with a mask. Sarah's mask here is based on the Comedy mask, with some carnivale feathers in the shape of a Harlequin's 3-point hat (with bells for good measure). Comes with a squeaky clown nose.
EDIT: Her people know her as "Lololaka" which means "Crazy Goddess of the Dance" or something like that.
